Terra Ceia Island Mullet Smoke-Off

Finally.  After weeks of prolonged summer, coolness prevailed. 

The sun rose over Seabreeze Park to the scurry of friends and neighbors finishing up preparations for day's event. Artists and crafters are setting up their displays. Smokers cooking mullet. Temps were in the sixties.

W o o H o o ! ! ! !

The band set up and soon music filled the air to mingle with the aroma of campfires and cookers.

For the first time we set up a double tent and were really happy with the extra space that allowed us to better showcase our photographs and salvaged wood frames. 

We saw lots of friends and patrons from previous shows. Also met many of our new neighbors. 

The smoke-off is always a great time. Hats off to all who came and especially to the volunteers who make it all work.
